Pickling Sous-Liquid

Ingredients:

500ml honey
60ml sherry vinegar
1 vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 sprig fresh rosemary
60 coriander seeds
3 cloves garlic thinly sliced

Method:

·    Place all ingredients into a sauce pot and bring to a quick boil
·    Remove from heat and let cool 

This recipe goes great with most vegetables, including cherry tomatoes, navets, beets ect...
